At the end of 2023, it was announced that New Balance would be the new official supplier of SPFC sports equipment. But internally, we already knew about this news months before. Our job as an e-commerce team was to ensure a successful launch of the new uniforms and ensure that the consumer would understand the story that the brand, together with SPFC, wanted to tell at that moment, since the two official jerseys launched had details that required well-structured content.
We started the promotion on the first day of the year, January 1, 2024, and uploaded the lead capture content to the website. In the following days, we successfully completed the official launch with exclusive content on the landing page.
Below are some big numbers that prove the success of this HUGE launch.

Lead Capture
In the teaser communication to capture leads, we had a CTOR in the email of 87.2%, while the market average at the time was up to 5%. All those who clicked went to the landing page where they were able to complete a registration that would later help the CRM team create a base of people interested in SPFC, new to the brand.
Launch
Over 80k leads captured with revenue of R$354,756 thousand (CRM) and over R$800 thousand in organic sales (LP).
In a period of approximately one month, taking into account the start of the campaign and the date of the official launch of the products, we achieved record numbers for the brand. In fact, several sizes of shirts sold out in just a few hours.
